Allure Detail – Limited Ceramic Coating Warranty

Effective Date: March 2, 2026

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

 

Allure Detail LLC (“Allure Detail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Limited Warranty solely for eligible ceramic coating services applied by Allure Detail to qualifying vehicles.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the following coating packages, as specifically identified on the customer’s invoice or service record:

 

  • Allure Detail Shield Ceramic Coating – 1 years – 3 Year Package

  • Allure Detail Armor Ceramic Coating – 5 Year Package

  • Allure Detail Titan Ceramic Coating – 10 Year Package

 

This Limited Warranty covers only the coated painted exterior surfaces expressly listed on the original invoice. No other surfaces, panels, trim, glass, wheels, plastic, vinyl, wraps, film, interior surfaces, or uncoated areas are covered unless specifically stated in writing on the invoice.

 

2. What This Limited Warranty Covers

 

Subject to all terms, conditions, exclusions, and customer responsibilities in this Limited Warranty, Allure Detail warrants that the qualifying ceramic coating applied by us will, during the applicable warranty period, remain bonded to the covered surface and continue to perform substantially as intended against ordinary environmental exposure under normal consumer use.

If Allure Detail determines, after inspection, that a covered coating has materially failed due to a defect in our supplied coating product or our application workmanship during the warranty period, Allure Detail’s sole obligation will be to reapply coating to the affected covered area, in whole or in part, at our discretion.

 

3. Warranty Period

 

The warranty period begins on the date of application completion, as shown on the original invoice, and continues for the number of years associated with the purchased package.

Any repaired or re-coated area is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty term, not a new term.

 

4. Eligible Vehicles

 

This Limited Warranty applies only to vehicles that, at the time of application:

 

  • have factory paint or manufacturer-approved refinished paint in stable condition;

  • do not have significant clear coat failure, peeling, oxidation, delamination, or comparable substrate defects on the treated surfaces;

  • were inspected and approved by Allure Detail before application.

 

This Limited Warranty does not automatically apply to:

 

  • aftermarket resprays not disclosed before service;

  • wrapped panels, vinyl, PPF-covered panels, matte or satin finishes unless approved in writing;

  • panels with pre-existing failure, excessive rock chips, severe etching, prior burn-through, or unstable paint;

  • commercial, fleet, rideshare, rental, delivery, or work-use vehicles unless specifically approved by Allure Detail in writing on the invoice.

 

 

5. Customer Maintenance Responsibilities

 

To keep this Limited Warranty in effect, the customer must:

 

  • follow Allure Detail’s written aftercare instructions;

  • promptly remove bird droppings, bug remains, tree sap, road tar, and similar contaminants as soon as reasonably possible;

  • wash the vehicle using reasonable, non-abrasive methods and products appropriate for coated vehicles;

  • avoid conduct that is likely to damage or degrade the coating;

  • keep reasonable records showing proper maintenance if a claim is made.

 

Important: Failure to maintain the vehicle properly, or damage caused by improper maintenance, is not covered.

 

6. Recommended but Not Required Maintenance

 

Allure Detail may recommend periodic maintenance inspections or decontamination services. These services are recommended to maximize coating performance.

However, this Limited Warranty is not automatically voided solely because the customer did not purchase maintenance services from Allure Detail. Allure Detail may deny a claim to the extent damage or failure was caused by neglect, improper washing, abrasive treatment, harsh chemical exposure, or other excluded causes.

 

7. What Is Not Covered

 

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

 

  • pre-existing defects, etching, scratches, swirls, chips, repaint issues, oxidation, fading, or clear coat failure;

  • water spot etching, mineral deposits, sprinkler damage, hard-water staining, or chemical spotting;

  • damage from bird droppings, bug remains, sap, fuel, oil, solvents, acids, alkaline cleaners, or other contaminants left on the surface too long;

  • collision damage, vandalism, theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or acts of God;

  • damage from automated car washes, tunnel washes, brush washes, dirty wash media, abrasive towels, polishing, compounding, wet sanding, or aggressive chemicals;

  • damage from pressure washing too closely or improperly;

  • normal wear and tear, loss of slickness, minor reduction in hydrophobic behavior, or cosmetic changes that do not constitute material coating failure;

  • defects or damage in underlying paint, clear coat, bodywork, prior repairs, aftermarket paintwork, or refinished surfaces;

  • damage caused by third-party detailers, body shops, dealerships, or service providers;

  • any area not coated by Allure Detail;

  • any coating toppers, waxes, sealants, dressings, or products applied by others that affect performance;

  • commercial-use wear unless expressly approved in writing;

  • incidental or aesthetic expectations not expressly promised in this Limited Warranty.

 

 

8. No Guarantee Against All Environmental Damage

 

Ceramic coatings reduce maintenance and improve resistance to many contaminants, but they do not make a vehicle damage-proof, scratch-proof, chip-proof, stain-proof, or maintenance-free.

This Limited Warranty does not guarantee that the vehicle will never develop water spots, etching, marring, staining, or other cosmetic issues.

 

9. Prior Paint Correction and Surface Condition

 

If Allure Detail recommended paint correction, defect removal, or other prep work before coating and the customer declined all or part of that recommendation, this Limited Warranty does not cover any issue arising from the condition of the underlying surface.

Allure Detail is not responsible for failures caused by hidden defects, thin paint, prior body shop repairs, repainting, previous coatings, or unstable clear coat conditions not reasonably detectable during initial inspection.

 

10. Repainted or Repaired Panels After Installation

 

If a coated panel is repainted, repaired, refinished, compounded, sanded, or otherwise materially altered after installation, warranty coverage for that affected panel ends immediately unless Allure Detail inspects and re-coats that panel under a separate paid service.

Any re-coating after repaint or repair is at the vehicle owner’s expense unless Allure Detail expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

 

11. Warranty Claims Procedure

 

To submit a claim, the customer must:

 

  1. notify Allure Detail in writing within 30 days after first noticing the alleged issue;

  2. provide the original invoice or proof of purchase;

  3. provide current photos of the claimed condition;

  4. provide reasonable maintenance records if requested;

  5. make the vehicle available for in-person inspection by Allure Detail at a reasonable time and location designated by us.

 

Allure Detail has the right to inspect the vehicle before any repair, correction, or third-party work is performed. Failure to allow inspection before corrective work may void the claim.

 

12. Inspection and Determination

 

All warranty determinations are made by Allure Detail in good faith after inspection of the vehicle and surrounding facts. If a claim is approved, Allure Detail may, at its sole option:

 

  • clean and decontaminate the affected area;

  • perform a maintenance restoration treatment;

  • reapply coating to the affected covered area.

 

 

13. Exclusive Remedy; Limitation of Liability

 

The customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty is reapplication or retreatment of the affected covered area, as determined by Allure Detail.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

  • Allure Detail will not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages;

  • Allure Detail will not be liable for loss of use, loss of time, loss of income, rental costs, towing, storage fees, diminished value, inconvenience, travel costs, or third-party repair charges;

  • Allure Detail’s maximum total liability under this Limited Warranty will not exceed the amount actually paid to Allure Detail for the original coating service on the affected vehicle, or $1,000, whichever is less.

 

 

14. Non-Transferable

 

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail customer identified on the original invoice and is not transferable to any subsequent owner, transferee, dealership, or assignee unless Allure Detail expressly agrees in writing.

 

15. No Other Warranties

 

Except for this express Limited Warranty, Allure Detail makes no other express promises or guarantees regarding coating lifespan, gloss level, hydrophobic performance, resale value, or freedom from cosmetic defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty. Where such limitations are not permitted, they shall apply only to the maximum extent allowed by law.

 

16. Governing Law; Venue

 

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Limited Warranty shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the county where Allure Detail’s principal place of business is located, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

 

17. Severability

 

If any provision of this Limited Warranty is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

18. Entire Agreement; No Oral Modifications

 

This Limited Warranty, together with the customer’s invoice and any written aftercare instructions provided by Allure Detail, constitutes the entire warranty agreement relating to the coating service. No oral statements, social media posts, marketing language, or employee comments modify this Limited Warranty unless confirmed by Allure Detail in a signed writing.

 

19. Customer Acknowledgment

 

By purchasing the covered service, the customer acknowledges that they have received, read, and agreed to this Limited Warranty and the aftercare instructions provided by Allure Detail.
