These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of alluredetail.com, our AI-powered booking and communications systems, and our mobile detailing services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, booking an appointment, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
This Notice at Collection applies to California residents and describes what we collect and why at or before the point of collection.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Identifiers / Contact info: name, email, phone number
Service information: appointment details and service address; and, if enabled on your device and you choose to share it, approximate or precise location information to coordinate mobile service
Vehicle information: make/model/year/color and photos of your vehicle (if provided or taken for estimates, documentation, service confirmation, or disputes)
Commercial information: services purchased, subscription plan details, billing status, service history
Internet/activity information: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, interactions with our website and booking flow
Communications: texts, emails, call notes, and AI booking chat/voice inputs
We use this information to:
Provide and manage bookings, detailing services, and subscriptions
Communicate about appointments, reminders, service updates, billing, and customer support
Improve our website, booking experience, and operations (including AI-assisted scheduling)
Process payments and prevent fraud
Marketing/advertising only where permitted and subject to your choices (including cookie preferences)
Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights/safety
We do not sell personal information.
We may “share” certain information (for example, through advertising cookies/pixels) for cross-context behavioral advertising if advertising cookies/pixels are enabled. You can opt out using our cookie settings as described below.
Booking/account/subscription records: up to 2 years after service completion or subscription termination
AI conversation data: up to 30 days (unless required longer for disputes/legal compliance)
You may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of “sharing,” limit certain sensitive PI use (if applicable), and non-discrimination. To exercise rights: privacy@alluredetail.com.

You may use the Service to request or book mobile detailing. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep contact and scheduling details current.
We may refuse service, cancel appointments, or suspend access if we suspect fraud, misuse, unsafe conditions, or violation of these Terms.
Any estimate (including AI-assisted estimates) is not guaranteed and may change based on vehicle condition, size, contamination level, accessibility, or requested add-ons.
You are responsible for ensuring we can safely access the vehicle at the service address at the scheduled time and that the service location is reasonably safe and lawful for mobile detailing (e.g., space to work, required permissions).
Please remove valuables and personal items. We are not responsible for loss of unsecured valuables.
We may take or request photos of your vehicle to document condition, communicate service status, verify completion, support customer service, or handle disputes. Photos may be stored consistent with our Privacy Policy retention periods.
Payments are processed through Stripe or other payment methods displayed at checkout.
You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for booked services, subscriptions, applicable taxes, and any authorized add-ons.
You are responsible for any bank/issuer fees (e.g., insufficient funds).
If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible through the booking link or by contacting us.
We may charge reasonable fees for late cancellations or no-shows only if those fees are presented to you at booking/checkout or in your subscription terms.
If you purchase a monthly subscription, it will renew at the stated billing interval unless canceled.
You may cancel your monthly subscription by emailing cancel@alluredetail.com. Cancellation requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and billing will stop in accordance with any notice period or billing cutoff disclosed at sign-up or checkout.
We may change subscription offerings or pricing with advance notice where required. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
We use the CookieYes consent tool to provide choices over cookies and similar technologies (including analytics and advertising cookies/pixels).
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the CookieYes banner/settings on our website. Where applicable, disabling advertising/targeting cookies will limit the use of cookies/pixels that may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. CookieYes supports displaying a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option/link when configured for U.S. state privacy laws.
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will apply it as an opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” to the extent supported by our CookieYes configuration and applicable law.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your appointments, service updates, receipts, and customer support. Promotional messages will be sent only where permitted and consistent with your preferences and applicable law.
These SMS Terms apply if you opt in to receive text messages from Allure Detail LLC.
By opting in (e.g., via web form checkbox, booking flow, or other explicit consent method), you agree to receive transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, billing notices) and, where you have provided the required consent, marketing messages (promotions/discounts).
Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your bookings, subscription activity, and preferences.
Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may receive a final confirmation text after opting out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use service providers such as GoHighLevel to send SMS and manage communications. Your information is handled consistent with our Privacy Policy.
We use an AI-powered booking assistant (including services powered by OpenAI) to help with scheduling and service suggestions. AI outputs are for convenience and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for confirming appointment details before finalizing a booking.
All content on the Service (text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by or licensed to Allure Detail LLC and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit it except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
You agree not to:
misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operations
submit false information or impersonate others
use the Service for unlawful purposes
The Service and website are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Detailing results vary based on vehicle condition, paint condition, prior damage, environmental factors, and other variables.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allure Detail LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allure Detail LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. The California Notice at Collection appears in Section 1 of these Terms and is also reflected in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to opt in to receive text messages from Allure Detail LLC.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
